This Privacy Policy explains how the SG Lottery Results mobile app ("the app", "we", "us") handles information. The app is an independent tool for viewing Singapore 4D, TOTO and Sweep results, checking numbers, receiving optional draw reminders and viewing number analytics. It does not sell tickets, accept bets, or facilitate gambling, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Singapore Pools.
Summary: We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email, phone number, or payment details. The app uses third-party services for crash reporting and advertising that process limited device and usage data as described below.
Information we do not collect
The app has no login or registration. We do not collect or store personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment information. Any numbers you enter to check a ticket are processed on your device and are not sent to us or stored on our servers.
Information processed by third-party services
Crash & diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics, by Google): If the app crashes or encounters an error, we receive anonymised diagnostic data — device model, operating system version, app version, and a crash stack trace — to help us fix problems. This data is not used to identify you.
Advertising (Google AdMob): The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may process your device's IP address and general device information. The app requests non-personalised ads only and does not use your device's advertising identifier for tracking across apps.
Remote configuration (Firebase Remote Config, by Google): The app fetches configuration values (such as feature flags and minimum supported version). No personal data is sent for this.
Results delivery (our backend on Cloudflare): The app requests lottery results from our server, which is hosted on Cloudflare. Standard technical information such as IP address and request time may be processed transiently by our hosting provider for security and reliability. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
Local notifications
If you enable draw and result reminders, notifications are scheduled and delivered locally on your device. No notification data leaves your device, and you can turn reminders off at any time in the app or in your device settings.
How information is used
The limited data above is used only to operate and improve the app: to deliver lottery results, keep the app stable by diagnosing crashes, and to show advertising that keeps the app free. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
Limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier in your device's privacy settings (iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings › Google › Ads).
Disable notifications in the app's Settings screen or in your device's notification settings.
The app relates to lottery results and is not directed to children. It is rated for users 17 and older and should not be used by anyone below the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction.
Data retention & security
We retain crash and advertising data only as long as needed for the purposes above, subject to our providers' retention policies. We rely on reputable providers (Google, Cloudflare) and industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
